Michael Hogan-Senior Property Manager
Mike Hogan joined NAI Plotkin in 2007, bringing over 10 years of experience in account management, construction, and business development to the property management division. Overseeing property management for over fifteen condominium accounts in both Western Massachusetts and Connecticut, Mike's widespread background combined with his dedication and hands-on management approach assist in minimizing costs and maximizing property value. He also effectively brings together our management team, the Board of Directors and each community to manage and communicate all property issues on a daily and on-call basis. Jeanna Misischia- Assistant Property Manager
Jeanna joined NAI Plotkin in August of 2011. She brings with her 15+ years of experience in the client services field. Jeanna recently returned to the area after spending 5 years working with Citigroup as a Senior Account Manager in the Conflict Resolution Department in Kansas City. And, just prior to joining our NAI Plotkin firm, she worked for Webster Bank as a Personal Banker; often recognized by the company for her excellent service and job performance. Jeanna was fortunate to train with some of the best in the client services industry by completing specialized training in Chicago, IL. She brings to us a personal level of service and excels at time management. Follow-through remains a top priority for her as she assists in the management of day-to-day operations within her Associations. Carole Begley-Financial Administrator
Part of our accounting team, Carole brings with her extensive knowledge and experience in financial management and financial reporting preparation that assists each condominium association with the bookkeeping, accounting and financial skills needed to successfully run each property. Carole collaborates with the other members of our property management team, which enables us to provide updated financial assessment, budgets and a solid fiscal outlook to our clients.
